ITINERARY

DAY 1: ARRIVAL SIEM REAP-ANGKOR TEMPLES
Arriving early afternoon in Siem Reap International Airport. Welcome by our local guide and transfer to your hotel. In the afternoon, you will continue the tour with the majestic Angkor Wat and admire its unique architecture and its splendid reliefs. You will end the day with the sunset on the hill of Phnom Bakheng. Return to Siem Reap and night at your hotel.

DAY 2: SIEM REAP-ANGKOR TEMPLES
After breakfast, depart for the site of Angkor. You will begin by the south gate of Angkor Thom with a ride elephant to Bayon temple. In continuation you will visit temples, Baphuon, Phimeanakas, the Terrace of Elephants and the Leper King. In the afternoon you will go for the big circuit: Preah Khan, Neak Pean and Pre Rup, and the discovery of the magnificent temple of Ta Prohm gripped by tree roots. In continuation you will appreciate the beauty of Banteay Kdei and Srah Srang. Return to Siem Reap and night at your hotel.

DAY 3: SIEM REAP-ANGKOR TEMPLES
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure by private car to the sacred mountain Kbal Spean, you will see a large number of sculptures carved on the stone, Hindu deities and thousands of Lingas resting on the bed of the river, the name "River Thousand Lingas" . You will make a trek of about 3 hours on a path through the forest. You will continue the tour with the discovery of Banteay Srei (Citadel of Women). This temple carved from pink sandstone and entirely decorated with reliefs close to perfection is certainly one of the most beautiful temples of Cambodia. On way back, visit Banteay Samre temple elegant XII century. Return to Siem Reap and night at your hotel.

DAY 4: SIEM REAP- KAMPONG PLUCK-TONLE SAP
After breakfast, you will leave by private car for a tour of the city and its markets. You will visit the '' Les Artisans d'Angkor, '' school workshop or Khmer youth learning the fine crafts such as wood carving, stone, lacquer. You will see explanatory models of their collections more traditional lines to the latest innovations with Khmer-style design. In the afternoon, you will continue to explore the picturesque floating village of Kampong Pluk, most houses are built on stilts 6 to 7m height, and enjoy a hiking in boat cruising through the flooded forest. Return to Siem Reap in the late afternoon and overnight at your hotel.

DAY 5: SIEM REAP- BENG MELEA-KOH KER - SRA EM
Today you will discover the abandoned temples in the forests of northern Cambodia. Breakfast at the hotel and departure by private vehicle, accompanied by your English speaking guide, to the temple of Beng Melea (60 km from Siem Reap) .You are browsing an authentic Cambodian countryside with miles of rice fields across a multitude of village . You will visit and discover this long abandoned temple (11th century), strangled by the jungle. 2 hours in addition to road and you will arrive at Koh Ker complex of ancient capital of King Jayavarman IV. In continuation, you will leave Koh Ker to go to Sra Em Village located in the Preah Vihear site. Night at Sra Em Village.

DAY 6: SRA EM - PRE VIHEAR TEMPLE- PRE VIHEAR CITY
After breakfast in the village, we reach the entry station to the site of Preah Vihear. This one is located on the hill overlooking the valley. We take tickets for the 4x4 car that will take us to the top of the hill (quite steep climb by the new concrete road). The Preah Vihear temple dates from the years 889 to 1108. It consists of 4 groups of temples that we discover as the ascent of the hill where it is located. Back to Sra Em, and departure to the city of Preah Vihear. Arrive at your hotel. Overnight at hotel

DAY 7: CITY OF PRE VIHEAR -STEUNG TRENG
After breakfast, depart for the city of Steung Treng and check in at hotel. Then, depart for the community of osvay for a meeting with nature and continuation. You will see picturesque waterfalls in the Mekong of Lbak Khaon. Back to Steung Treng Overnight at hotel

DAY 8: STEUNG TRENG - BALUNG (RATANAKIRI)
Breakfast. Drive to the capital of Ratanakiri Banlung (about 4 hours). After check in the hotel, depart to discover the volcanic lake, Yeak Lom shaped crater 5km from Banlung, a circular lake that dates from 700,000 years. Some believe it comes from the fall of a meteorite. This lake is sacred in the beliefs of the tribes of Ratanakiri. Back to Banlung Overnight hotel.

DAY 9: BANLUNG -VOEUNG SAI
Ratanakiri, Cambodia, is a region very isolated and rarely visited. Actually it is amazingly mixed with tribes of different ethnic groups in villages to particular buildings, roads or tracks in red dirt off with a lot of dust, or filled with ruts and very slippery in the rain, rubber forests for rubber and pepper plantations. In the morning, visit the Banlung market with guide, where there is a particular market with the different ethnic groups (Kroeung, Tompuon, Jarai) come to sell or exchange their products, vegetables, gathering in forest, game, etc in the early morning. These races are very recognizable in small round wicker basket that women carry on their backs or in front of them for the market. Then start with car and guide for the village of Sai Voeung on a shabby track. The village consists of several communities, Chinese, Laotian and Tompuon, we canoe on the Se San River, to visit a village Tompuon tribe that practice funeral statuary (Totem, wooden statue bearing the likeness of the deceased, installed in a "graveyard"). Back to Banlung and night at the hotel.

DAY 10: BANLUNG -ANDOUNG MEAS
Breakfast. Depart to meet the different ethnic groups in their villages. They are still small villages, some homes of single curiously mounted on bamboo poles several meters high. These ethnic groups are very poor and live in an ancestral way. A leader directs the life of the village. In continuation, visit waterfalls, few kilometers from the city, including Katieng (during the dry season, several stunts are no longer working) and visit Heveas plantations. In the main street of Banlung, you can attend semiprecious stones Zircon shapings which are in quantity in different mines in the region. Ratanakiri is an authentic region that has changed little in decades. It was also an isolation area to refuge for some Khmers Rouges leaders who hid there for several years. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 11: BANLUNG- KRATIE
After breakfast, depart for the vile Kratie (about 4 to 5 hours depending on the state of the road) Arrival in Kratie, checkin your hotel and depart to visit the island of Koh Trong by bicycle. In continuation, you will go to Sambo where you take a boat to go to encounter the freshwater dolphins in the Mekong. Return to your hotel, overnight at the hotel.

DAY 12: KRATIE-KAMPONG CHAM
After breakfast, depart to the town of Kampong Cham. On the way you will stop to visit the Rubber Plantation in Kampong Cham. Arrival in and check in your hotel, then you will go to visit the island of Koh Paeng or you will go through the incredible Bamboo Bridge. Overnight at your hotel.

DAY 13: KAMPONG CHAM - PHNOM PENH
After breakfast depart for the city of Phnom Penh, on the road you will make a short stop in Skuon to see and taste if you wish the local specialty, grilled spiders. Arrival in Phnom Penh Transfer to your hotel. In the afternoon you will go for a city tour, you will see the monument of independence ". Visit the Central Market, great architectural originality, built by French architects in a colonialist-Art Deco style. This recently renovated yellow hall is huge and absolutely found it all. In continuation you will make a tour of the main vestiges of colonial architecture of the city.

DAY 14: PHNOM PENH
After breakfast, you will go to the National Museum, admirable collections (bronze, bas-reliefs from the temples of Angkor, jewelry, weapons, Palanquins, various currencies and ceramics) .You will visit the Royal Palace, built by King Norodom in 1866 traditional Khmer style, the Silver Pagoda located in the Palais Royal. In the afternoon, you will visit the Tuol Sleng Museum (the Museum of Genocide), torture and murder of thousands of Cambodians during the reign of Pol Poth .In continuation you will see one of the most authentic markets, the "Russian market" (Psaar Tuol Tom Pong). You will end the day with a visit to Wat Phnom, the oldest shrine in the city. Overnight at your hotel.

DAY 15: PHNOM PENH –Departure
After breakfast free time until departure to the airport for your return flight.
